Scott Glennie

Scott Glennie ( born February 22, 1991 Winnipeg, Manitoba ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who stands in July 2010 with the Dallas Stars in the National Hockey League under contract and currently for their farm team, the Texas Stars at the American Hockey League plays the position of center.

Career

Scott Glennie began his career in 2007 at the Brandon Wheat Kings of the Western Hockey League. He ran in the 2007/ 08 season in 67 games for the Kings on the ice and scored 59 points scorer. The following season, he was able to increase its hit rate and Glennie scored a total of 88 points in 67 games. The Canadian was selected at the NHL Entry Draft in 2009 by the Dallas Stars in the first round in eighth place.

The 2009/10 season he spent with the Brandon Wheat Kings in the WHL and improved his points haul again. In July 2010, Glennie signed a contract for three years with the Dallas Stars, but the following season began again at the Brandon Wheat Kings in the WHL. After their elimination from the playoffs in April 2011, the striker was used in the Texas Stars in the American Hockey League.
