The Seal Glacier is a glacier in the southeast of the Enterprise Hills in West Antarctica. The short glacier is located north of Parrish Peak and flows in an easterly direction.

The glacier was mapped by United States Geological Survey as part of the acquisition of the Enterprise Hills in the years 1961-66 by site surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy. It was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names by GL Seal, a radio operator the United States Navy. This had contributed to the Operation Deep Freeze 1966 during four Antarctic summer to improve radio communications in the Antarctic.
