Sebastian Albrecht

Sebastian Albrecht ( born April 12, 1990 in Berlin ) is a German professional ice hockey goaltender who stands since 2011 in the Eispiraten Crimmitschau in 2nd hockey league under contract.

Career

Sebastian Albrecht began his career as a hockey player in his hometown at the polar bear Juniors Berlin, for their U18 juniors he was active in the German Junior League from 2005 to 2008. Then the goalkeeper ran in the 2008/ 09 season for the first team of polar bears Juniors on in the third-rate league. In the summer of 2009, he received a contract with the polar bears Berlin, came in the following season but only for the FASS Berlin in the Regionalliga.

In preparation for the 2010/11 season Albrecht took part with the polar bear at the Berlin European Trophy, which he won as a substitute goalkeeper with his team. On 12 September 2010 he came in addition to the 4:7 defeat against ERC Ingolstadt to his debut in the German Ice Hockey League. The majority of the playing time he spent but again with a production license as a goalkeeper in the FASS Berlin, who was taken in the meantime to the Oberliga. For the season 2010/11 he was additionally equipped with a mining license for the Eispiraten Crimmitschau, came there but to no use. For 2011/12, he signed a contract with the West Saxons, where he has played ever since.
