Sebastian Plate

Sebastian Plate ( born August 7, 1979 in Dusseldorf ) is a German football player.

Career

Sebastian Plate played from 2002 to 2005 at the Bundesliga Borussia Mönchengladbach. Mainly, however, the defender came in the second team to use. Overall, he played two games in the highest German league. For the season 2005/ 06 he moved to third division Preußen Münster and there had 20 bets. Due to a cruciate ligament injury he had to take a year off. He then moved back to the Bergische Land and first played in the Spvg Radevormwald and later at Cronenberger SC.

In the 2009/10 season Plate moved to the Lower Rhine tier FC Remscheid, where he also took over the captaincy. With the FCR, he rose in 2010 from from the regional league and plays in the national league since the Lower Rhine. Since July 2012, he roams the jersey of the TSV Ronsdorf about the national league in Group 1.

Sebastian Plate studied since 2007 at the University of Wuppertal sports and biology to become a teacher.
