Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974

Super 301 is the designation of Section 301 of the U.S. Trade Act of 1974 ( section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974). The paragraph provides for penalties for states that do not allow fair access to its own market U.S. companies. For example, as Japan should be forced in the 1990s to market opening.
