The SELLBYTEL Group GmbH, headquartered in Nuremberg, is an outsourcing provider whose specialization in the areas of sales services, customer care and help desk support lies.

Since 1994 SELLBYTEL is part of the BBDO agency group and has grown to over 6,500 employees at 38 locations.

In Germany, the company is represented in Nuremberg, Fürth, Erfurt, Böblingen, Dusseldorf, Munich, Ingolstadt and Berlin. Among the foreign locations are Paris, Lyon, Grenoble, Barcelona, ​​Madrid, Lisbon, Prague, Warsaw, Tunis, Moscow, Bratislava, Johannesburg, Bangalore, London, Valencia, Toronto, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Seoul, Sydney, Bangkok, Hanoi, Jakarta, Manila, Lagos, Nairobi and Dakar.

History

In 1988, Michael Raum SELLBYTEL GmbH based in Nuremberg. In 1994, the company part of the BBDO Germany GmbH. This is part of BBDO Worldwide, the world's third largest communications network. The BBDO Worldwide, headquartered in New York is part of the Omnicom Group, a publicly traded holding company with investments in the global market leaders in marketing and communications. 1998 saw the establishment of a subsidiary in Lyon, France.

In 2000, the subsidiary HELPBYCOM European Help Desk Services GmbH was founded to expand the product range to include helpdesk solutions. Followed in 2001 with the opening location in Barcelona, ​​the extension of the existing language provision for sales, service and support.

2003 Sellbytel expanded further in the sales segment and founded the subsidiary Living Brands GmbH. Two years later, the company entered the market of pharmaceutical communications and followed in 2010 with the founding location in Toronto, the expansion of the activities for the entire North American market. In the same year Sellbytel establishes a second branch in Berlin. In November 2010, the outsourcing specialist expands in the Asia- Pacific region (APAC ) and establishes an office in Singapore as well as the beginning of 2011 offices in Kuala Lumpur, Seoul and Sydney. It will follow in the course of 2011 offices in Nairobi, Lagos, Dakar, Jakarta, Manila, Bangkok and Hanoi.

1999 SELLBYTEL eV was from the Regional marketing Nuremberg Metropolitan Region and RTL Franken Life TV awarded the "Job Star". Thus, the association recognizes the special commitment of SMEs in creating new jobs and training places.

Sponsoring

In the seasons 2005 to 2007 SELLBYTEL appeared as the eponymous sponsor of the then prime Basketball Association Sellbytel Baskets Nürnberg. The engagement ended with its relegation to the second division.
