The Sensée is a river in the northern French region of Nord- Pas -de -Calais. It crosses the departments of Pas -de- Calais and Nord.

Geography

It rises in the municipality of Saint- Léger, where it drains northwest. In Lécluse it reaches a wetland with a variety of pools and lakes. South of Arleux it crosses the mouth piece of the Canal du Nord and reached after a few kilometers to the Canal de la Sensée, which they are not only the name but also provides him with water. Shipping

The river is not navigable.
