Serbia national under-19 football team

The Serbian U-19 national football team (Serbian: Фудбалска репрезентација Србије за играче до 19 године, Fudbalska reprezentacija Srbije za igrače do 19 godine ) represents Serbia in international U-19 competitions in football and is headed by the Serbian Football Association. The team is treated both by FIFA as by UEFA, the direct successor of the Yugoslav (until February 2003) and the Serbian- Montenegrin U-19 national football team (until June 2006). Currently, Serbia 's current U-19 European Championship.

History

The Serbian U-19 national team failed to qualify as an independent country for a U-19 European Championship U-19 European Championship in 2007, where they because of the 2:3 defeat to Germany narrowly missed the semi-finals at the first attempt.
