Serge Joyal

Serge Joyal PC OC OQ ( born February 1, 1945 in Montreal, Quebec ) is a Canadian lawyer and politician of the Liberal Party of Canada, the was ten years member of the lower house and temporarily Secretary of State for Canada and is a member of the Senate since 1997.
