Sergei Stupin

Sergei Vladimirovich Stupin (Russian: Сергей Владимирович Ступин; born September 14, 1979 in Sverdlovsk, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who is under contract with HK Saryarka Karaganda in the Wysschaja Hockey League since July 2013.

Career

Sergei Stupin began his career as a hockey player with Kedr Novouralsk, for the first team, he was from 1999 to 2004 in the Wysschaja League, the second Russian league, active. Then the defender played two years for the HK Keramin Minsk in the Belarusian Extraliga. In the following three years, he ran again in the Wysschaja league, but this time for Sputnik Nizhny Tagil.

From the 2009/10 season was Stupin in his hometown for Awtomobilist Yekaterinburg in the Kontinental Hockey League on the ice.
