Sergey Naryshkin

Sergei Naryshkin Jewgenjewitsch (Russian: Сергей Евгеньевич Нарышкин; born October 24, 1954 in Leningrad ) is a Russian economist and politician. From 13 May 2008 to December 2011, he was Head of the Russian Presidential Administration. Since 21 December 2011, he has been chairman of the State Duma of Russia.

Life

Sergei Naryshkin was born on October 24, 1954 in what was then Leningrad. He graduated in 1987 from the Leningrad Mechanical University ( Department of Engineering Mechanics ) and completed a second degree a degree in economics at the St. Petersburg International School of Management from. Since 1982, Naryshkin worked as assistant vice-rector at the Leningrad Polytechnic.

Sergei Naryshkin is fluent in English and French. He is married and has two children, a son and a daughter.
