Serrinha

Serrinha is a city in the interior of the state of Bahia in Brazil. It has a land area of ​​808 square kilometers and 74 171 inhabitants, of whom 41,300 live in the city. (As of 1 July 2005)

Location and infrastructure

Serrinha is located about 60 kilometers from Feira de Santana. The nearest international airport is in Salvador da Bahia.

The city is located on one of the main north- south routes of the Brazilian freight transport and a railway line, which is but today is rarely used.
