The Sevel Uruguay S. A. is a company based in Paso de Carrasco, Uruguay car dealers of the brands Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Iveco. The company was founded in 1984 and installed since 1992 in a separate assembly hall cars and trucks for the local market. All vehicles are purchased as CKD kits. In the vehicle identification number, however, the plant uses its own manufacturer code 9U1. The company is a subsidiary of Società Europea Veicoli Leggeri Sevel SpA
