Shabwah Governorate

Shabwa (Arabic شبوة, DMG Šabwa ) is one of the 20 governorates of Yemen. It is in the center of the country and has an access to the sea.

Shabwa has an area of ​​47,728 km ² and about 546 467 inhabitants. This gives a population density of 11.4 inhabitants per km ².
