Shantel VanSanten

Shantel VanSanten ( born July 25, 1985 in Luverne, Minnesota) is an American actress and model. Worldwide fame was reached mainly through their participation in the television series One Tree Hill where she plays the role of James Quinn.

Life

VanSanten was born in Minnesota and moved with her family to Dallas, Texas, where she also studied later. At the age of fifteen, she started a career as a model, which led them further during their studies.

Career as an actress

In 2007, VanSanten turned to the side of Mischa Barton a movie in which, among other things, the singers of the Russian band tATu two of the main roles occupied. This film is titled You and I in Germany but more commonly known as Finding tATu. You and I is a Russian and American production, the dialogues are, in English only. The budget of the film was 12 million dollars.

In 2009, VanSanten went into the One Tree Hill series in which she embodies the sister of the main character Haley, played by singer Bethany Joy Lenz.
