Shara Nelson

Shara Nelson ( * in London) is an English singer and musician.

Life

Nelson is best known for her vocals on " Unfinished Sympathy ", a title of the Massive Attack debut " Blue Lines ". Her debut single was released in 1986 under the title " Can not Get Over You " (produced by Lindel Lewis). This song was not released until today on a CD. In the late 1980s she worked with Jah Wobble, Adrian Sherwood and The Wild Bunch, who later changed their name to Massive Attack.

Your work with Massive Attack was not confined to the vocals, but she assisted in several areas of song production. Even after "Blue Lines", they still continued to work with the band. Another recorded with her title, "Just a Matter of Time ", did not come to the follow-up album "Protection".

In 1993 she started her solo career with the UK Top 20 hit " That Road ", which debuted at # 19. The single was at Cool Tempo Records released the debut album " What Silence Knows" after Nelson had returned from Bristol to London.
