Shayang County

Circle Shayang (Ch沙洋 县) is a county in China's Hubei Province, which belongs to the administrative territory of the prefecture-level city of Jingmen. It has an area of 2044 km ² and has 600,000 inhabitants. Its main town is the large village Shayang (沙洋 镇).

The Chu Tombs of Jishan ( Jishan Chu Muqun纪 山 楚墓 群) and the Majiayuan - site ( Majiayuan Yizhi马 家 垸 遗址) are on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China since 1996 and 2006 respectively.
