Shingosen Wakashū

Shingosen - Wakashū ( Japanese:新 后 撰 和 歌集also:新 后 撰 集Shingosenshū, dt as New gleaning ) is a waka anthology, given the already detached from the Emperor Go - Uda ( 1267-1324 ) commissioned and was completed in 1303. The compiler of the anthology was Fujiwara no Tameyo (including Nijo Tameyo, 1250-1338 ). The anthology includes 20 rolls with a total of 1,606 Waka.
