Shock G

Gregory E. Jacobs ( born August 25, 1963), known by the stage name Shock G and Humpty Hump, is an American musician and rapper, best known as the lead singer of the rap group Digital Underground. He also produced Tupac Shakur's first single and co-produced his debut album.

Jacobs spent most of his childhood on the east coast until they finally settled in the Bay Area in California. He left shortly before graduating high school in the late 1970s and went to a college where he studied music.

In addition to his work with Digital Underground Shock G but had only moderate success as a solo artist.

In 1993, Tupac Shakur's breakthrough Shock G produced single I Get Around, reached gold status. He also had guest appearances in the music video. In addition, he produced Tupac So Many Tears from his album Me Against the World. Shock G also has Tupac Shakur's debut album 2Pacalypse Now co-produced.
