Shohei Matsunaga (Japanese松 永 祥 兵, Shohei Matsunaga; born January 7, 1989 in Mishima, Shizuoka Prefecture) is a Japanese football player.

Matsunaga began his professional career in the summer of 2008 at FC Schalke 04, where he played with the second team in the Regionalliga West. In January 2010, he returned to his home team, the team of Kokushikan University, back. In summer 2010, he joined the Ehime FC, ​​with whom he played in the J. League Division 2.
