Shohei Matsunaga (Japanese松 永 祥 兵, Shohei Matsunaga; born January 7, 1989 in Mishima, Shizuoka Prefecture) is a Japanese football player.

Matsunaga began his professional career in the summer of 2008 at FC Schalke 04, where he played with the second team in the Regionalliga West.
