Shōji Satō

Shoji Satō (Japanese佐藤 翔 治, Satō Shoji; born September 19, 1982 in Higashimurayama, Tokyo Prefecture ) is a badminton player from Japan. He plays for the works team of NTT East.

Satō is one of the fastest players in the world.

Career

It was between 2003 and 2006 four Japanese master. In 2001 he also won the International Giraldilla and 2003, the Wellington International.

Sato played at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, where he retired but against the set at number 5 Bao Chunlai of China.
