Shōrin-ryū Seibukan

Shorinryu Seibukan is a branch of Shorin- Ryu style (Japanese少林 流), whose name goes back to the Chinese origin of the Shaolin Monastery (少林). In Japanese Shorin Sukunai Hayashi is read.

History

The style of Karate Shorin Seibukan was in the year 27 of the Showazeit of Zenryō Shimabukuro, a student of Kyan Chotoku than Kokusai Okinawa Shorin Seibukan -国际 冲 縄 少林 流 圣 武馆(International Okinawa Shorin Seibukan ) founded in Japanese. The training took place first in front of his home in Okinawa. First he taught a few students, including his son Zenpo (Today's Supreme Sensei ) and his nephew Zenji Shimabukuro. Training schedule

The training will be in the categories Renshu Kihon (basic exercises), Ippon Kumite ( One-off attack, defense and counter-attack ), Kata, Kumite ( sparring ).
