Siekierczyn
Siekierczyn ( German Geibsdorf ) is situated in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, a village in the powiat Lubański in Poland, the Luban west of the city, and seat of the municipality of the same country ( gmina wiejska ). Before 1945, the place was called Geibsdorf.
Community
The rural community Siekierczyn covers an area of 49.55 km ² with a population of 4,517. Siekierczyn has seven districts ( German name until 1945) with a mayor's office:

- Rudzica ( Pfaff village)
- Siekierczyn Dolny (Lower Geibsdorf )
- Siekierczyn Gorny (Upper Geibsdorf )
- Wesołówka ( Löbenslust )
- Wyręba ( Stolzenberg )
- Zaręba ( Lichtenau )
Other villages in the municipality are Pisaczów ( Schreiberbach ) and Ponikowo ( Augustenthal ).
