Sikha

A Shikha (Sanskrit, शिखा sikha ) is located mostly on the back of the head hair curl or plait of a male Hindu and traditional expression feature of the Vaishnavas, the followers of Lord Vishnu.

At the present time the Shikha is worn by members of ISKCON, the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, throughout the world, especially by the religious members who brahmacharis and swamis.
