Silje Norendal

Silje Norendal (born 1 September 1993 Kongsberg ) is a Norwegian snowboarder. It is in the slopestyle disciplines, works actively in the halfpipe and snowboard cross, as well as for the Norwegian sports club Kongsberg IF.

Norendal occupied at the Winter X Games Europe Tignes 2010 in the 5th place in the slopestyle competition. March 2011, she won the second place in slopestyle at the European X Games. In the year 2013 Norendal won in Albertville X Games Slopestyle. She repeated the victory at the age of 20 years in 2014 at the X - Games in Aspen in the U.S. state of Colorado. Norendahl qualified for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. There she started in inaugural slopestyle competition and reached the 11th position.
