Simon Hofer

He began his football career at SC Steinhausen. His talent was recognized by FC Luzern early on, which piloted the young players in his 1997 junior section. 1999 sniffed the air for the first time, the midfielder of the National League A. In subsequent seasons until 2004 it brought the train to a total of 50 compulsory games ( 6 goals) for the FCL.

From the 2004/05 season he wore the colors of the SC Cham, with which he was able to accomplish in 2007 the surprising rise in the Challenge League. Since 2010, Hofer plays for FC Baar.

Simon Hofer went through all the youth teams of the Swiss Football Association of the U15 to U21. He comes with 55 inserts ( 3 goals ) by Rainer Bieli one of the players with the most matches in the junior national team.
