Sisley Volley

Sisley Treviso from 1987 to 2012 Italian Volleyball Club, who played in the Italian first division and the Champions League. Named the club was based in Treviso to a fashion brand of the sponsor Benetton Group. The successor club called since 2012 Volley Treviso.

Team

The squad of 2006/07 season consisted of twelve players. Coach was Daniele Bagnoli. The assistant coach was Roberto Piazza.

The positions: acceptance (A ), Outdoor attack (AA), Diagonal ( D), Libero (L ), middle block (M), Universal (U) and setter (Z).

History

Treviso has since the early 90s won all national and international title at least once.

National League and Cup

In 2005 Sisley was in Italy celebrate the Triple of Cup, Cup and Supercup. A year later, Treviso was runner-up.

European Cup

Treviso was in the 2005/06 season, in which they met in the group stage to the German representatives evivo Düren, win the Champions League. The defending champions met in the season 2006/ 07 in group B on the last year's final opponents Iraklis Thessaloniki ( Greece), the third-ranked UK Dynamo Moscow ( Russia) and Noliko Maaseik (Belgium ), Paris Volley (France) and Ortec Rotterdam (Netherlands) and Pelegte at the end of second place in the group B. In playoff Treviso failed in the late Champions League winners VfB Friedrichshafen. In 2008, the Final Four has been achieved here Treviso took fourth place after two defeats.
