Prototype 05T " Vektra "

2003 was presented by Škoda Transportation of Škoda 05T (or Škoda Vektra from Velkokapacitní tramvaj on German tram with large capacity ). This model is a five -membered, six-axle low-floor articulated vehicles and based on the Škoda 03T.

Was built a prototype in Škoda Plzeň plant and has been extensively tested with number 112 on the tram network Plzeň. Although many components are the same as the previous 03T, there are some changes. While the bow and stern and low-floor parts were already in place, the middle part had to be redesigned. The electrical equipment located on the roof as well as the 03T, comes this time from Skoda itself and not from ELIN EBG Traction. With a length of 31.93 m, it is furthermore the longest tram, which was built in the Czech Republic.

2004, the car was also the first time on a trial basis in passenger service, 2005, he was admitted, but was stopped every now and again for a longer period and was not scheduled to be found in use. Due to the high load on the wear and tear on both the vehicle and on the rails was high, which was another reason for the rare inserts.

The railcar was not adopted by the municipal transport company, but remained in possession of Škoda. In March 2009, the vehicle was transported by the network of Pilsner tram and taken to the Škoda factory.

06T for Cagliari

The Sardinian city of Cagliari ordered in the spring of 2004, six bidirectional vehicles ( with an option for a further seven ) for about 13.1 million euros for its new light rail type 06T, another three vehicles were redeemed from the option in 2007.

Although these vehicles based on the 05T, but there are significant differences. The vehicles of the type 06T are bi-directional vehicles, air conditioned and have chassis in the atypical track width of 950 mm, but can also easily be equipped with a meter-gauge chassis .. Furthermore, the middle section has been revised and is now accessible without steps, the floor level of the end was reduced from 780 mm to 620 mm. 14T for Prague

The Škoda 14T is the variant for the Prague tram. Apart from the new, designed by Porsche Design front and rear elements, there are some technical differences with the previous models, such as the driven middle frame to cope with the steep gradients in Prague's tram network (up to 85 ‰) without any problems.

In mid-December 2005, the first car was delivered with number 9111 to the Dopravní podnik hlavního města Praha ( Transport Company of Prague ). The last of the 60 cars, 9170, came in March 2010 in Prague. As successors of the 15T " ForCity " was ordered at Škoda Transportation.

The vehicles are equipped with an air-conditioned cab and surveillance cameras.

13T for Brno

The Škoda 13T is the offshoot of the 14T for the Brno tram.

One difference from the passenger point of view to the Prague 14T is the first door, which is used in the 13T for the exchange of passengers and therefore leads into the passenger compartment, while it is thought the 14T only for access to the cab.

16T Wroclaw

The 16T is the variant of the 14T for the tram Wroclaw. The exterior design is dasgleiche as its predecessor, but the finish is kept in the typical Breslauer tram blue.

The first car was delivered in December 2006, the last in November 2007.

In the Breslau variant, the average chassis is not powered when compared to Brno and Prague version, hence the midsection without steps is reached and the low-floor area increased to 65%.

The price per vehicle was 1.72 million euro.

19T bi-directional version of Wroclaw

The Škoda 19T is the bi-directional version of the 16T and apart from an extra cab and doors on both sides largely identical to this.
