Skogskyrkogården metro station

Skogskyrkogården is an aboveground station Stockholm subway. It is located in Gamla Enskede district. The station, which after the eponymous forest cemetery ( Skogskyrkogården ) is named, is served by the Gröna linjen the Stockholm subway system. The station is one of the more moderate frequented stations of the metro network. On a normal working day rise 2,000 commuters here.

The station was taken on October 1, 1950 as the eighth station of Tunnelbana in operation, as the first section of Tunnelbana was inaugurated between Slussen Hökarängen. The station is located between the stations Tallkrogen and Sandsborg. Stockholm Central Station is about six kilometers.
