SÅ‚awomir KÅ‚osowski

Sławomir Kłosowski ( born February 21, 1964 in Wambierzyce ) is a Polish politician, a local politician and since 2005 member of the Sejm in the V. and VI. Legislature, former State Secretary in the Ministry of Education in the government of Jarosław Kaczyński.

He worked as a teacher of history and social studies. During the reign of Jerzy Buzek, he was Curator of Education in Opole. He sat until 2005 for a few years in the city council of Opole.

In the 2005 parliamentary elections, he was for the electoral district of Opole on the list of Prawo i Sprawiedliwość ( Law and Justice - PiS) elected with 17,894 votes in the Sejm. From June 30, 2006 to November 15, 2007, he was State Secretary in the Ministry of Education.

The Sejmwahlen 2007, he was confirmed for the PiS with 13,357 votes as a Member. He is Vice Chairman of the Sejm Commission for Education, Youth and Science.
