Snoras

Snoras was the third largest (2011) financial institution in Lithuania. There were 2,100 employees (2007). In 2011 it was taken over and divided by the state. Snoras was among the first new ( 1992) established banks after the restoration of Lithuanian independence from the Soviet Union. 2006 Snoras was "The Banker" declared the " Best Bank of Lithuania " from the " Financial Times" journal. Snoras gave mortgages for private individuals in Estonia and Latvia for the first time on the market. The main owners were Russian Vladimir Alexandrovich Antonov and Lithuanians Raimondas Baranauskas.
