Lyxor Asset Management is a 100 % subsidiary of the French bank Société Générale and approximately € 87 billion assets under management as one of the largest investment companies in Europe.

Lyxor Asset Management was founded in 1998 and currently employs (as of 30 December 2006) more than 200 fund managers, managing a total of more than 1,400 funds and assets totaling more than 87 billion euros.

The company is run as a limited company with a share capital of € 1.2 million and headquarters in Nanterre. Lyxor Asset Management offers exchange-traded funds (ETFs ), structured products and other alternative investments to institutional investors and private clients. The company is one of Europe's leading providers of ETFs.
