Soda Stereo

Soda Stereo is the name of an Argentine rock band that was founded in 1982 in Buenos Aires. It consists of guitarist and vocalist Gustavo Cerati, bassist Zeta Bosio and drummer Charly Alberti. The band has won numerous awards in its history and is considered one of the most influential and important rock bands in Argentina.

The Soda Stereo's music is characterized by catchy voice Gustavo Ceratis, spherical guitar sounds, catchy melodies and poetic lyrics. Stylistically, Soda Stereo in the New Wave and alternative rock to classify. To date, the band in Latin America is one of the most popular and critically acclaimed rock group. In addition to numerous studio albums and four live albums were released singles (including MTV Unplugged ).

In 1997 Soda Stereo separated due to different artistic conceptions. In June 2007 it was announced that they since October of the same year - are reunited some give concerts - ten years after their last live appearance.
