Sofia Jakobsson

Sofia Jakobsson ( born April 23, 1990 in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden) is a Swedish football player. They debuted on May 17, 2011 in the Swedish national team and plays since 2013 for Chelsea LFC. Club in it is used in the storm, in the national team as an attacking midfielder.
