Solamish
Solamisch ( throne name: al -Malik al - Adil Badr al-Din Solamisch, Arabic: بدر الدين سلامش, Turkish: Sülemiş, * 1272 in Cairo, † in Constantinople Opel 1291 ) Sultan was the Mamluks in Egypt in 1279, he was a son. Sultan Baybars.
After Baibars death in 1277 Solamischs brother Berke Qan succeeded him as Sultan. This was in 1279 forced to resign by Qalawun and only seven years old Solamisch a proposal and guardianship Qalawuns new Sultan of Egypt. In December of the same year Solamisch was deposed by Qualawun. Qualawun now made himself the Sultan and prevented the seizure of another brother Solamischs, Khidr. This prevents the formation of a dynasty had failed by Baybars and his sons. Qalawun was new Sultan (1279-1290) and established the Bahri dynasty.
Solamisch went to his brother to Kerak into exile and later came to Constantinople Opel, where he died in 1291.
