Soledad Bravo

Soledad Bravo ( born January 1, 1943 in Logrono, Spain ) is a major Latin American singer.

At the age of seven, she came to Venezuela, where her parents emigrated for political reasons. At the Universidad Central de Venezuela, she studied architecture. There she was discovered by journalist Sofía Imber. Her repertoire is characterized by its revolutionary spirit. Is known among other things their interpretation of the song hasta siempre, Comandante, which was composed by the Cuban composer Carlos Puebla in memory of Che Guevara.
