Solomon Zeitlin

Solomon Zeitlin (Hebrew שְׁלֹמֹה צייטלין, Russian Шломо Цейтлин / Shlomo Cejtlin, also Tseitlin, Tseytlin, born May 31, 1892 in Tschaschniki in the government of Vitebsk, † December 28, 1976, Philadelphia ) was a Lithuanian rabbi, historian and academic teacher.

He was also be known that he - against all of his academic colleagues - claimed that the scrolls from the Dead Sea are not from pre-Christian times, but much younger.
