Sony Ericsson T68i

The mobile phone Sony Ericsson T68i is a mobile phone of the Japanese / Swedish mobile phone manufacturer Sony Ericsson. It was the first Ericsson mobile phone with a color screen and one of the first three phones with MMS function; and one of the first phones with Li-Polymer battery. Initially it was named as a Ericsson Type: T68 and T68m sold. Later, the revised model T68i followed, it already bore the name Sony Ericsson. The T68i was only offered in the color of arctic blue, while the T68m was available in the colors mineral gray and in a gold colored casing. T68i was coated on the bottom, while the T68m having a rubber quality on the bottom. This was in contrast to the T68i T68m not to ship capable of MMS or receive. A firmware update, which carried out the Sony Ericsson service center partly free, made from the T68m technically a T68i with the full function range of the T68i. So now the MMS feature was also for the T68m available.

The Sony Ericsson mobile phones T68/T68m/T68i were the successor to the Sony Ericsson T65 and are generally referred to as a great success.
