Soulles

Soulles is a commune with 488 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the department of Manche in Basse-Normandie region. It belongs administratively to the arrondissement of Saint- Lô, and the Canton Canisy.

Geography

Soulles is located approximately 13 kilometers southwest of Saint- Lô and 19 kilometers east of Coutances. The neighboring municipalities are

  • Saint -Martin -de- Bonfossé in the north,
  • Le Mesnil- Herman in the Northeast,
  • Moyon in the east,
  • La Haye- Bellefond and Le Guislain in the south,
  • Notre- Dame-de- Cenilly in the west and
  • Dangy in the northwest.

The municipality is crossed by the river of the same Soulles.
