Spas Delev

Spas Delew (also written Spas Delev, Bulgarian Спас Делев; born September 22, 1989 in Kliuch, Oblast Blagoevgrad ) is a Bulgarian football player.

Career

Association

Delew began his career in the youth team of CSKA Sofia. In 2008 he played for an autumn season at FC Bansko in the third highest Bulgarian division. After he scored eight goals in 14 games, he moved to Pirin Blagoevgrad in the A Grupa. He made his debut on 8 March 2009 compared Cherno More Varna. The striker received a yellow card and was substituted in the 80th minute. The game was lost in Varna 0:1. Pirin was tenth in the league. In summer 2009, he moved to CSKA Sofia, where he made ​​his debut at European club level.

In the match against Dinamo Moscow at the play-offs for the Europa League qualifiers on 20 August 2009, he appeared as a substitute in the 58th minute. The game ended 0-0. CSKA was at the end of the championship runner-up.

His first trophy with CSKA Sofia he won on 25 May 2011, where he scored from the penalty to make it 1-0.

For the season 2011/12 he moved to the Turkish Süper Lig Mersin representative for südanatonischen İdman Yurdu. After just one season, he broke his contract after mutual agreement and left the club.

On March 26, 2011 Delew debuted for the Bulgarian national team in the European Championship qualifier against Switzerland (0-0 ).
