Spayed (band)
Spayed was founded in 2003, Analog - punk band from Mexico. The group of writers Cecile is considered extremely influential, including the straight-edge culture refers to the band.
Acetate versions
The band has only music on vinyl, released 33 ⅓ and 33 ⅓ acetate discs. The first EP was released only in the UK and only 727 copies were released on vinyl and 77 acetates. After Raping Ears With Independent Tracks, seven days after its publication all copies were all sold out.
No association with mainstream
Spayed never had the intention to become a corporate band, although in 2007 the iconic record label Touch and Go announced a possibility of the release of the band 7 inch vinyl debut EP in their back catalog, the same year the band denied this in a letter stating that they remain completely independent and deny having a relationship with the American record label. Touring
