Spencer Clark (racing driver)

Spencer Clark ( born January 29, 1987 in Las Vegas, Nevada, † 21 May, 2006 Albuquerque, New Mexico) was an American race car driver.

Spencer Clark 's father, TJ Clark had driven race. Spencer began at the age of five years with the racing in the Mickey Thompson Pee Wee Motorcycle Series, and drove at the age of eight years, Go - Kart racing. Later he won in the Legends Car Series several trophies, where he went to the start since 2000. It followed in the years 2003 and 2004 truck races, he also won the NASCAR Super Late Model division the rookie title. In March 2006 he made his NASCAR Nationwide Series debut.

On 21 May 2006, his truck with a trailer on the way home from a race preparation by a strong wind gust. The driver lost control of the vehicle; Clark and his team member, the 28- year-old Andrew Phillips, were thrown from the car and died.
