Deceptive peat moss (Sphagnum fallax )

The Sphagnopsida are a class of mosses, which include as a separate subdivision of the mosses ( Bryophyta ). It consists of only two species in two orders, one being the peat mosses ( Sphagnum) in order Sphagnales and Ambuchanania, a monotypic genus in a separate order Ambuchananiales with the way Ambuchanania leucobryoides.
