Spider angioma

When nevus araneus nevus or stellatus, also known as Spinnennävus, Sternnävus, or vascular spider or Eppinger - star ( engl. spider nevus ) denotes, is a common and benign arterial vascularization of the skin. Starting from a central, raised and about pinhead-sized vascular nodules draw thin protuberances ( Gefäßreiserchen ) spin - or star-like outward. Spinnennävi are usually found in the upper half of the body (face, neck, hands, upper trunk area).
