Splean
Splin (Russian Сплин ) is one of the most popular rock bands in Russia and is located in Saint Petersburg.
The band was founded in 1994 by Alexander Vasiliev and Nikolai Rostowski. Their first album was released a year later. The success continued about one from 1998, when the band with the song " Орбит без сахара " landed a hit ( orbit without sugar) in Russia, and even appeared as the opening act for the Rolling Stones in Moscow the same year. Since then, their popularity has increased steadily in Russia.
Splin characterized mainly by an experimental, alternative style.
