The Spokane International Airport is an international airport located about 8 kilometers west of downtown Spokane to the east of the U.S. state of Washington. The airport is the major airport in the " Inland Empire ", a region that eastern Washington, northern Idaho, and includes the parts of Montana and Oregon. According to the Seattle / Tacoma airport in the Spokane airport with 3.4 million passengers in 2008, the second largest airport in Washington.

The Spokane Airport has two runways. Of the 24 piers mainly take place short-haul flights, for example, to Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City, Denver or Boise.
