Sport aerobics

Sport Aerobics (English: Aerobic Gymnastics ) is the competition form of aerobic. The aim is to show complex and high intensity movement patterns, which have their origin in traditional fitness aerobics without interruption to musical accompaniment. An exercise ( Freestyle) must creativity with the perfect integration of all movement, music and expression to connect.

The Sports Aerobic counts as a turn sport and is represented in Germany by the German Gymnastics Federation ( DTB) and in Austria by the Austrian Association for Gymnastics ( ÖFT ).

Ages and Start Categories

Internationally, there are three age groups: Age Group 1 ( 12-14 years), Age Group 2 ( 15-17 years) and the elderly (18 years and older). At national level gymnastics in the younger age groups. Sport Aerobics

The traditional sports aerobics will be held in the following categories Home: single men, single women, mixed pair, trio, group (5). Each sport aerobics choreography ( Freestyle) consists of the seven basic steps that are executed in variations and combined with arms / hands. The goal is not to repeat step combinations. The basic steps are connected with the choreographic elements ( groups of push ups, rest, jumps and mobility ). In each age group and category, there are mandatory elements that must be shown in the choreography. The number and the level of difficulty will vary depending on age group.

Aerobics Aerobics & DANCE STEP

Sofia held for the first time with the 2012 World Championships internationally as a competitive and anchored since 2013 which, the international rules of the sport aerobics competitions and aerobics aerobics DANCE STEP.

Assessment

The judges for each exercise consists of a D-, an A and an E- jury. The D ( ifficulty ) jury rated the difficulty elements, ie the elements contained in the freestyle (eg push -ups, rest, jumps, or mobility elements). The A ( rtistic ) Jury will judge the artistic value, ie Choreography, music selection, presentation, or interactions. The E ( xecution ) finally jury assesses the design - how nice / clean / correct the difficulty elements or the basic steps are demonstrated? The A and E notes had a maximum value of 10.0 each, the D -Note is open at the top. The scores for the world's best athletes usually move from 19.0 to 22.0 points.

The elements of the Difficulty rating are divided into A- ( 0.1 points ), B ( 0.2 points ), etc. until I elements (1.0 points) in the elite.

Only difficulty elements that meet the minimum criteria are included in the note. The same applies to the Artistry Note - only for artistically excellent practice you can get the highest scores. When running score will be deducted from the maximum 10.0 by subtracting all the visual errors - in a range of 0.1 to 0.5 points, depending on the severity of the error. All exercises are introduced by means of certain symbols in the appropriate forms. These forms serve as an aid for the Difficulty - judges.

International representation and development

International sport aerobics is just like General Gymnastics, Artistic Gymnastics, Trampoline Gymnastics, Rhythmic Gymnastics and Sports Acrobatics by the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique ( FIG, International Gymnastics Federation ) and the Union Européenne de Gymnastique ( UEG European Gymnastics Union) represented. In 1995, the first Aerobic World Championships were held.

Sport Aerobics Germany
