The Sprague River is a tributary of the Williamson River in southwestern Oregon. The two with just under 50 km in length approximately equal length source rivers both originate in the southwestern Lake County. They combine 58 km northeast of the city Klamath Falls.

The Sprague River flows through a dry volcanic plateau. Its most important tributary is the River Sycan. This flows near the town of Beatty in the middle reaches of the Sprague.
