SQuirreL SQL Client

SQuirreL SQL Client is a graphical tool for connecting to databases. The connection to different database types is done with JDBC drivers. It runs on all platforms on which a Java VM is available. The source code is written in Java and is released under the LGPL open source license.

In addition to the usual capabilities as issuing SELECT or ALTER statements, you can change the data of the individual records directly from the program, without having to write SQL statements themselves. Furthermore, the program includes one another, the possibility for graphical representation of tables and their relationships, so that you can gain a good overview of the database structure in this way. There are languages ​​for Bulgarian, Chinese, German, English, French, Italian, Portuguese ( brasil. ), Spanish and Czech.
