The St Helens Rugby and Cricket Ground is a stadium in the Welsh city of Swansea, which is today used mainly for rugby games. Until 1954 St Helens was the home site of the Welsh national team. Between 1973 and 1983, this one- day internationals were played in cricket.

Before the conversion, 2005, the stadium took 10,500 places, now there are only 4,500. St Helens has the highest floodlights Europe. It was the scene of historic victories of the local rugby clubs Swansea RFC. This enabled the club in 1935, beating the New Zealand national team with 11:3 as the first club ever. 1992 Swansea beat the then world champions Australia with 21:6. In addition to the Swansea RFC and the Glamorgan County Cricket Club contributes to part of its home games in St Helens.
